docs has never failed me. the best part of the pizza rolls is when the cheese oozes out, it bakes a little crispy on the edges. i love the little cheese bites snackie. plus the garlic butter on top makes the dough so flavorful. idc what anyone says. this place is a small town wonder. i’ve been across state & this is the only place i love everything on the menu. ive tried to create my own concoction & it just does not beat docs. also the pricing is cheaper for higher quality compared to franchise pizza.

Just moved to Lindale and decided to try a local pizza joint. Doc's is just down the street from my new house so it got the pick. Pizza was made quickly and correctly. Only complaint is the sauce on the pizza. It tasted like just tomato sauce, no spices. Will give them another chance in future.

This place is like an old school Pizza Hut. We visited the area from Colorado and Docs Pizza will always be one of our favorite memories of our trip. Dallas welcomed us in with amazing hospitality! The salad was crisp, fresh and delicious and the pizza....10/10. Loved everything about Docs Pizza! We were so happy we had left overs the next day.

We were staying in Lindale for a few days since we plan to move to the area next year. Coming from an area in Louisiana with only chain pizza restaurants (Domino's, pizza hut, Papa John's, Marco's), we were happy to see a local pizza place. We chose to dine in and asked for recommendations before ordering. The sweet girl that was working recommended the pizza rolls. So we got half pepperoni and half deluxe rolls and a small pizza to try. The drive thru was super busy, and there were people constantly coming in and picking up orders, so obviously it is a well loved local place. Our food came out fast and looked wonderful. Happy to say it tasted even better. The dough was soft and pillow-y, without being doughy, with just the right amount of crunch and chew. The sauce was flavorful with the perfect consistency, to dip the rolls. After eating the delicious pepperoni rolls, I only tried a bite of the pizza and it was also good. We can't wait to bring the family with us and have them try it. We will be back everytime we come back to the area before we make our permanent move.

First and last time at Doc’s. Was recommended for their pizza rolls, although I don’t know why! 1st order they forgot I was in my car ( to go order) which they said they would bring them out so they knew I was waiting. Food left in the back and got cold enough for the cheese to harden. Sausage ones had almost no sausage in them. Called and they said they would replace on our next visit. Went back changed from sausage to pepperoni ordered them to go, same exact results. If you want cheese sticks they might be good if you can get them hot but do not expect toppings! When asked they do toppings by weight instead of by what’s needed to fill the dough/crust! Pictures show the dough left over after you take the extra off so you can get a decent crust/topping ratio! Not going back and would not recommend!
